If you haven't registered to vote yet, an "Official" copy of a voter registration form can be downloaded from the CT Secretary of State's website Here.If you don't have Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, there is a link to install a free copy of the software. After you complete the form, simply mail it to:

Voter registration forms are also available at the Chester Town Hall in the downstairs lobby kiosk area.

Another important note is that the very first time you vote, you will asked to provide a photo ID to confirm your identity.
